No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of coloring books, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed.
All physical and digital coloring book purchases are non-refundable. Once an order is placed or a digital file is accessed, no refunds will be issued. Please review all product details carefully before purchasing.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund or Replacement Policy Art Prints
All prints are made to order through a print-on-demand partner. Because of this, all sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund.
Eligibility
To qualify, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos of the damaged item

Provide a photo of the original packaging
Once the issue is verified, you may choose either:

A free replacement, or

A full refund
Not Eligible for Refunds or Replacements
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Incorrect size or selection made at checkout

Minor variations in color due to screen differences
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
